Dates & Deadlines

May 2012 candidates, the Reg & Rec deadline to apply was  
December 1, 2011.

Reply Online
You must reply online by 4 p.m. on April 27 if you plan to attend the ceremonies.

Guest Tickets
Guest tickets will be available for pick up Monday, April 23 through Friday, April 27.

Caps and Gowns
Caps and gowns will be distributed at the Convocation Center beginning Thursday, May 10.

Ceremony Information
Undergraduates - Saturday, May 12.
Ceremony Times & Location

Looking ahead ~ the Registration & Records deadline date to apply to graduate in August 2012 is May 1, 2012.  You are then invited to the December ceremony.  The deadline date to apply to graduate in December 2012 is July 1, 2012.

Is there a difference between Graduating and the Commencement ceremony?
Yes.  Graduating is actually getting your diploma and that is what you are applying for thru Registration & Records.  Commencement is the ceremony to celebrate your graduating.  The general rule is that you are invited to commencement because your are graduating.
