Guest tickets will be used for the May ceremonies.
There is a limit of up to 10 (ten) tickets per under-graduate candidate.
Students can pick up guest tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office (Entrance 2) beginning Monday, April 21 thru Friday, April 25, from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Before your tickets can be given to you, you will need to complete the On Line Reply/RSVP Form. It will save time if you do this prior to April 21. (this form will be available later in March)
If you are unable to pick up your guest tickets on the date listed above you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by 5 p.m. April 25 to request tickets be held at the Convocation Center Ticket Office. Then they can be picked up during regular business hours which are M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or on the ceremony day. If you ARE able to come during that week, you do NOT need to pre-reserve tickets.
In your email, you must include your name, college, degree and requested number of guest tickets (up to 10).
After April 25, if you haven't picked up your guest tickets or asked for them to be held via e-mail at email@example.com, we will assume that you do not want your guest tickets and they will no longer be available to you.
PLEASE don't send an email to reserve tickets if you plan on coming in during ticket pick up week.
All guest seating, including handicapped, is general admission. Please consult the arena map.

What if I have more guests than allowed?
If they are available, additional ticket may be obtained on a first-come basis on Thursday, May 8 from 9 am to 5 pm. There may be a limit on how many you can receive based on how many are left.
The ceremonies will be streamed live on the Internet.
Are there accommodations for children?
Child care is not provided and guests are asked to keep a close watch on children. Children may not accompany graduates in either the assembly area or during the ceremony. Children over the age of one will need a guest ticket.
Due to theatre seating in the arena, strollers are discouraged. There is no place to park a stroller next to any of the guest seats.
