Tickets must be returned to the place of purchase in order to receive a refund.

• Tickets purchased at an outlet store must be returned there.

• Tickets purchased at the NIU Convocation Center must be returned there. If you purchased your tickets at the NIU Convocation Center with a credit card, you must bring the credit card and ID in order to return tickets and get a refund.

Tickets purchased at Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster by phone will automatically be refunded.
