Convocation Center Luxury Suites offer you the opportunity to leave lasting memories on clients, employees, family, and friends. The Convocation Center offers Luxury Suites for all athletic events, concerts, theatrical productions, and comedians in addition to rentals on non-event days for meetings and parties. Your catering selections are created and prepared by our in-house chef. Suites are available for groups from 10 to 75. Suite packages vary in price and can include: • Tickets to the event • Premier Parking Passes • Catering Package • Beverage Package • Private Suite attendant(s) Suites amenities can include: • Private Suite entry via elevator • Luxury plush event seating • Contemporary Furniture • Suite Level coat closets • Private, Suite Level restrooms • Accessible 1 hour before and after event (Subject to change) • Television(s) with cable access • Telephone • Sofas, high-top tables, & bar stools • Wet Bar/Mini-fridge (stocked according to your contract) • Ability to convert for use as meeting space Suites can be purchased by the day, year, or other negotiable period. Outside food cannot be brought into your suite. Our on-staff chef can prepare and arrange any extra special touches you desire. Cakes, flowers, etc. are available upon request.
